History

Liya Glass is a family-owned and operated company which finds its roots in the glass trading business going back four generations. The first move towards glass processing took place in the late 1940s with the establishment of a silvering (mirror) processing line. Three decades later, in 1973, Pars Shisheh began operations supplying the local automotive manufacturers who required the highest quality glass for the front, side, and back window screens of vehicles. The requirement for high quality glass, especially by the automakers as well as a number of other industries was, and still is, the driving force behind the establishment and operations of Liya Glass which started production in 2001.
